Panel Extruder is extrued with mold and surface is treated with
hot-stamping machine directly in line or water transferring after
extrusion, which makes a mirror-like surface with strong feeling of
smooth and shining marble.

This line consists of single screw extruder, hanger-style flat die,
size forming mould, high--efficiency, vacuum pump, hauling--off
unit, pneumatic cutter and other auxiliary equipments.The corrugated sheet extrusion line consists of single screw
extruder, corrugation forming machine.PVC glazed tile is a type of
asbestos-free composited sheet, extruded based on PVC resin,
co-extruded with ASA, PMMA engineering plastic.
