High efficiency Recycled PVC+ASA glazed roof tile machine
PVC+ASAGlazed Roof Tile machine is extrued with mold and surface is
treated with hot-stamping machine directly in line or water
transferring after extrusion, which makes a mirror-like surface
with strong feeling of smooth and shining marble.
The machine has conical twin-screw main engine, co-extruder, surface embossing machine, debuggable distributor, hanger flat die, two-roll roller press, glazed tile molding machine, tracking cutting machine, receiving frame composition, can continuously produce pvc
single-layer and PVC/ASA composite plastic glazed tile.
The whole line has the advantages of high production efficiency,
reasonable and compact structure, convenient use and maintenance,
long life and so on. The products are rich in color, beautiful in
shape, strong in three-dimensional sense, cheap in quality, green
and environmentally friendly, easy to install, and it also has the
advantages of light tenacity, sound insulation, waterproof and
corrosion resistance, aseismic and anti-fouling, fire insulation
and so on. It can be widely used in garden factories, tourist
scenic spots, pavilions, hotel villas, exhibition halls, resorts,
families and other buildings, and is an ideal roof decoration
material.
