About Plastic Roof Tile
This is a new product in replacement of metal, ceramic and clay
roof tile, it is also know as Spanish Artificial Plastic Roof Tile
due to its cheap and durable features, which makes the house look
nice and give a sense of ancient style, and its raw material PVC
resin and filler material calcium carbonate are available almost
everywhere around the world, and is also easy to get the rest of
the auxiliary material.
According to our oversea experiences, the thickness of plastic tile
usually ranges from 1.6mm to 2.5mm in practise although we declare
that the normal thickness is 1-3mm, glazed tile is usually thicker
than corrugated tile with same no. of layers.
On the other hand, it is preferable to extrude the recycled PVC in
the middle layer if to make 3 layer of roof tiles, and the new and
recycled PVC material ratio extruded is around 3 to 7, which is
quite economic but only have very slight impact on the quality of
roof tile.As for the ASA coating layer which is also called surface
layer , it has a thickness of 0.1mm, but it is key to the function
of weather resistance.
PVC Plastic Roof Tile Production Line Introductioin
This roofing tile production line introduces the reliable
co-extrusion and control technology to produce durable and high
quality of plastic roof tile sheet with kinds of colors and surface
pattern, and the main production procedures can be divided into 3
parts below:
1,Materials Mixing.(Semiauto compounding)
Using our reliable high efficient hot and cool group mixer, the raw
materials such as PVC powder,calcium carbonate, cloride PE,
pre-wax, stearic acid, compound stabilizer, ACR, Paraffin are
completely mixed, which is also an key part in sheet quality
control, because the improper mixing would lead to sheet deficiency
problem like crack, unflat and bump.
2,Extrusion.
In this stage, the completely mixed raw materials are molten and
fully plasticized in a perfect status, and transferred to the sheet
die mould by extruder pressure, in which the sheet thickness can be
adjusted between 1mm to 3mm.
3,Forming and cutting.
In the final stage, the hot PVC ASA sheet is hauled off to the tile
forming machine with glazed mould after trimming, in which the wind
generated by the cooling fan at both side will blown into a tunnel
to cool down the temperature for the glazed mould after absorbing
the heat from hot roof tile sheet, and then the formed glazed PVC
tile sheet continues to be hauled off to a cutting machine, where a
certain length of the glazed roof sheet is cut as per PLC
controlled, finally the glazed roof sheet are piled on the stacker
table which is ready to be packed.

After sales service and policy
1 Technical documents
All the symbols on the equipments should be in English. Seller is
responsible to provide general layout plan, electric plan,
installation direction, and manual book in English to Buyer on
time.
2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer's factory; Buyer is
responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply,
water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
b. ACEMIEN will prepare for visa application for their engineers,
who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing
at the Buyer's factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if
visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear
expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD80
per day for each engineer.
d. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's
factory.
e. If buyer doesn't request installation and commissioning by
Seller's engineer in 4 months since date of bill of lading, which
to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by
buyer.
3. Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during
transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in
transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the
arrival of the goods at port of destination. Insurance company and
shipping company will be responsible for any discrepancy of the
goods caused by shipping company and other transportation
organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since date of
bill of lading
During this guarantee period, ACEMIEN will provide spare parts
without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If
the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, ACEMIEN
will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
ACEMIEN will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one
year and provide long-term technical guide.
